The intention of this website is not only to present past research and publications, but also to make current research available before it is ready for publication in print, or even without the intention of such a publication. Moreover, one can find hardly explored themes, which merit further investigation. My hope is that interested scholars will pick up the unfinished ends.

In order to give a broad picture of the fields in which I have been working I start with an account dating from 2011 and published, for some years, on the website of the Huygens Institute; after that date my research has mainly concerned intellectual history, as Part III-V of the website and the list of publications clearly show.
